 Working remote allows you to work from home, the office, on vacation, or in your bed definitely has its perks. Working remotely gives you access to leads across the nation, which gives you the ability to serve someone in your hometown this hour, and someone across the nation in the next. You have the ability to call people in different time zones, which gives longer call days and more opportunities to talk to more families in the same working day.

There are a lot of benefits that come with Virtual / Telesales; however, you need to know both sides of the ball… Telesales is not for the non-committed and faint of heart. Hall-of-Fame producers that are exclusive Virtual Sales typically work harder than the agent in the field.

Face-to-face sales are more personable than virtual sales; your voice can only take you so far (Non-verbal body language is 70% of communication).
